Spring Vale Wines is a family owned winery established in 1986.
The grape varieties grown at the Spring Vale Wines vineyard include: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and a small amount of Pinot Meunier.
Both the Spring Vale homestead and the cellar door building are heritage listed. The cellar door is housed in a stable which was built by convict labour in 1842.
